Age-Appropriate Sexuality Education for Parents

Many parents feel uncomfortable with the thought of having ‘the talk’ with their children. They worry to say too much or too little.

This workshop facilitated by Clinical Sexologist Anisa Varasteh will equip you with the tools you need to provide age-appropriate sexuality education to your children.

Why this workshop?

Contrary to public belief, talking about sex and sexuality does not make young people more prone to sexual experimentation. It is in fact an important factor in keeping children safe from sexual, physical, and psychological harm. Not talking about sexuality and a lack of comprehensive sexuality education makes young people more vulnerable to coercion, unintended pregnancy and STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections).
