Youth Mental Health
This short course has been designed as aid for teachers and carers of young people. This course will support the participants to understand the importance of mental health, what good mental health looks like, strategies to maintain mental health and when to seek professional support.

The physiology of mental and emotional wellbeing
Methods to maintain mental health
What to do if experiencing mental illness
How to support peers with mental health challenges
